Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Return Window & Conditions: You may return products within 7 days of delivery if they’re defective, damaged, or not as described; some items may qualify for return within up to 15 days depending on category. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.
  • Refund & Exchange Options: For valid returns, you may choose between:
    • Full refund via the original payment method (within 7 working days of approval).
    • Replacement of the same item (subject to stock).
    • Store credit, if agreed upon.
    • Refund must include applicable taxes and shipping charges when product faults are the store’s responsibility.

Liability & Limitations
